Privacy Policy
Last updated · 11 July 2026
This policy explains how Codelign Labs Pvt Ltd (“Codelign”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with this website and enquiries about the Codelign platform. It is written to be read, not to hide behind. If anything here is unclear, email support@codelignlabs.com.
The short version
The Codelign product is an on-premises appliance. It runs inside your environment, and your system metadata and records stay within your perimeter. We do not receive, store, or process your indexed data as part of delivering the product. This website is a separate, ordinary marketing site.
Information we collect on this website
- Enquiries you send us. If you email us or request a demo, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may log standard request data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demo or conversation.
- To operate, secure, and improve this website.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
The product and your data
The Codelign platform is deployed on hardware you control. Indexed metadata, process traces, and any runtime evidence remain on that appliance within your network. Cloud reasoning (“cloud brains”) is disabled by default and is only invoked when your operators explicitly enable it for a given, non-sensitive request. Your data is never used to train or fine-tune any model.
Sharing
We share website enquiry information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our email and hosting providers), and where required by law. We do not sell it.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the enquiry information you've sent us at any time by emailing support@codelignlabs.com.
Changes
We'll update this page if our practices change, and revise the date above.
This is a plain-language starting policy for a company website. Before launch, please have it reviewed against your final data practices and the regulations that apply to you (for example India's DPDP Act and, if you serve EU customers, the GDPR).
