Products

Enterprise AI products built around your real systems.

Codelign Labs builds private, self-hosted products for the systems enterprises actually run on — Salesforce delivery, the revenue lifecycle, sales engagement, e-signature and demand planning. Each one is deployed as a single tenant inside your own perimeter, and each one shows its work.

Product suite

What we build, and where each product stands.

Workbench is the platform product and is available today. Around it sit four self-hosted applications that replace per-seat enterprise tooling — and each one is deployed into the customer’s own cloud rather than ours. Every product has its own documentation page.

Available now Salesforce delivery Salesforce

Codelign Workbench

A private enterprise AI workbench for Salesforce delivery teams.

Workbench brings org intelligence, development planning, testing, deployment support, support/debug RCA, intelligent workflows, and documentation into one governed workspace.

  • Org-aware analysis and impact review
  • Developer-approved build plans and change evidence
  • Python-first testing agent and execution history
  • Deployment validation, release evidence, and activity tracking
  • Support/debug RCA with document, image, audio, and video evidence
  • Org Explorer and Confluence-style process documentation
Pilot ready Revenue lifecycle Standalone

Codelign Revenue Lifecycle

A self-hosted revenue lifecycle platform — configure, price, quote, order, and manage the installed base.

The platform follows the revenue lifecycle process model, but is single-tenant with a purpose-built schema, so the CPU governors and query ceilings that make the incumbent slow simply do not exist. A 1,000-line reprice completes in 21 ms, and every calculation emits a full audit trace.

  • Attribute-driven configuration and bundle composition
  • Deterministic pricing engine — decimal maths, traced line by line
  • Quoting, approvals, and contracted pricing
  • Asset lifecycle with day-accurate amendments and renewals
  • Order management, billing schedules, and revenue recognition
  • Runs on AWS, GCP, or your own hardware — no vendor-locked services
Pilot ready Sales engagement Salesforce

Codelign Sales Engagement

Self-hosted sales engagement for Salesforce: activity capture, sequences, templates, and an inbox sidebar.

Sales Engagement watches every rep's mailbox and calendar, writes Tasks and Events owned by the rep, and runs multi-day sequences from the rep's own mailbox. One instance per customer, inside their own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 tenant, so correspondence never leaves their perimeter.

  • Email and calendar capture with scored Contact, Lead and Opportunity matching
  • Multi-day flows in the prospect's timezone, ended by any reply or bounce
  • Strict merge-field rendering, plus open and click tracking on your own domain
  • Gmail and Outlook sidebars with live CRM context
  • Call transcripts from Teams and Meet, summarised by a local model
  • Salesforce API budget guard and an append-only audit log
Pilot ready E-signature Salesforce

Codelign E-Signature

A complete electronic signature engine running entirely inside Salesforce.

Templates, drag-and-drop field placement, routing and signing, all on the Salesforce platform — no external signing service and no per-user signature licence. 280 metadata components, 235 Apex tests at 95.2% coverage.

  • Drag-and-drop signature, initials, date, text, checkbox and attachment fields
  • Conditional and calculated fields, computed on the server
  • Sequential, parallel, delegated and bulk sending
  • Public self-service links and one-screen clickwrap
  • Correct or void a sent envelope without losing signatures already collected
  • Every envelope action on the record, audit-ready
In client review Demand planning Standalone

Codelign Demand Planner

Sales and operations planning: forecast demand, overlay business judgement, and route the numbers for approval.

Planners upload the sales workbooks they already keep, pick a statistical model, and overlay their own assumptions — discount, promotion, festival, inflation, competitor activity. The result runs through a configurable multi-level approval chain and lands in dashboards that mirror the Excel views the team already reads.

  • Workbook import with remembered column mapping across seven dataset types
  • A choice of statistical forecasting models
  • Business-user overlays for promotion, festival, inflation and competitor activity
  • Configurable multi-level approval chain
  • Dashboards that mirror the planning views the team already uses
  • Installs on the customer's own cloud, or a single machine, in minutes
Coming soon Managed hosting Managed

Codelign Cloud

Managed cloud option for teams that want hosted deployment and administration.

Cloud will extend the same grounded delivery model into a managed environment with organization controls, customer workspaces, and enterprise operations.

  • Managed hosting and upgrades
  • Customer workspace administration
  • Telemetry and owner analytics
  • Enterprise access and governance controls

Platforms

Salesforce today. SAP HANA next.

Three of the five products run on Salesforce, and two run standalone on your own infrastructure. SAP HANA is the system we are building toward next — the same grounded, private, approval-gated approach, applied to the other platform most of our customers run their business on.

Available now Salesforce

Workbench, Sales Engagement and E-Signature run against your org. Metadata-grounded, deployed as plain source with no managed package.

Available now Your own infrastructure

Revenue Lifecycle and Demand Planner are standalone — AWS, GCP or a server in your own building, with no vendor-locked services.

In development SAP HANA

In active development, not shipped. We will say it is available when it is, and not before.

How products fit together

Different jobs, the same three rules.

The products cover separate parts of the business, but none of them is allowed to guess, act on its own, or send your data somewhere else. That is what makes them one suite rather than a list.

01Grounded

Every answer and every number traces back to your own system, with the working shown.

02Approved

People sign off before anything changes. No product in the suite acts on its own.

03Private

One instance per customer, inside your own cloud or your own building. Your data stays there.
